Close to Midtown and Downtown businesses, restaurants, nightclubs and shopping, Artmore’s target audience is the hip millennial to Generation X professional. With no consistent social presence, Artmore was looking to strengthen their social media voice and increase engagement. After taking over Artmore’s social media, they saw an increase in engagement of 30% across all platforms.
I utilized social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite to track consumer engagement and draw conclusions about user data. I collaborated with the VP of Operations and the Marketing Manager in order to ensure that I was on trend and remaining consistent with the development of Artmore’s tone and voice.
